Quartz is a Brisbane-based string quartet formed in 2013 from four like-minded friends with many years of combined musical performing experience.
Our repertoire includes popular classical and contemporary playlists.Â

We offer more than just four musicians who play for you, we promise professional tailored service from start to finish, at the best value.
All our packages include one complimentary Quartz Cover: request any song of your choice arranged for string quartet that you can't find in our existing playlist library.
We may be biased, but we think a live string quartet creates a wonderful atmosphere and can really elevate your guest experience.

Weddings
You are getting married!
This is one of our most popular and frequently requested package types. Our base package includes live string quartet music at your wedding ceremony (processional, signing and recessional song). We can extend our playing time to include pre- and post-ceremony entertainment for your guests. Additionally, we are constantly adding more music to our repertoire and always consult with our clients to make sure they’re happy with our song choices. Our clients love to pick their "favourite song" and we write our own music to fit the occasion!

We know that some events involve a small gathering of friends and family in an intimate setting. A string quartet is perfect for small and large spaces and we play to suit the mood of the occasion, whether it be birthdays, celebrations, milestones or even farewelling loved ones. Our caring and sensitive approach to assist our clients is at the core of what we do.
